A poem for my bug-a-boo

May 10th, 2010

I love you my bug-a-boo.
I love you as long as the sky is blue.
As long as the grass stays green on the ground.
As long as the Earth turns steadily around.

I love you more every day.
You are growing and learning through play.
I guide you now as you grow.
So as an adult you will always know.

When I was small my Mama loved me
Now I am big and she still loves me.
No matter how big I grow.
No matter how far I go.

My Mama will love me and let it show.
I think back to my childhood days and know.

So I needed a place holder cover for things like WeBook and I quickly in three seconds made this. The image is one my husband shot with his Nikon D300. The tree is in Cambridge UK. A direct descendant of the tree that enabled Newton to discover gravity. It seems to be the perfect image for “INSPIRATION”. What is more inspiring than beautiful art that is meaningful in so many different ways?

I wrote 1887 words today. I am feeling very accomplished.
